Industry experience of over 20 years in Managerial positions in leading organizations like Enfield, MRF, and Ashok Leyland, etc. handling HR, Finance and Taxation functions and was the Asst.
Vice President in the SPIC Group Company before resigning from the corporate and taking up the academic assignment.

Apart from teaching, held the positions as the Area Head Human Resource, Dean of PGDM Programme and also as the Principal during the years 2013 to 2015.
Worked as a resource faculty for over 4 years from 2003 to 2006 for Gurunanak College, Chennai, and taught papers on Management Science, Human Resources Development and Organizational Behaviour, for MBA students of Indira Gandhi National Open University. Also was a faculty member for Tamil Nadu Open University for HR subjects and was approved as project guide for MBA.
