
Refund policy
PGDM BATCH 6 2022-2024 Fee Refund Policy Academic and Hostel Fees:
Some students who are admitted to the institute and pay their academic fees may not be able to continue with the programmes for various reasons, such as ill - health. In such cases, the fees refund policy of the institute is as stated below;
1. If a first year student withdraws from the programme before the commencement of classes, the institute shall refund the Academic fees including support fees, hostel fees and caution deposit after deducting INR 1000/- as application processing charges.
2. If a first year student withdraws from the programme after the class commencement, the institute will refund only the caution deposit of INR 10, 000 which will be collected at the time of on-campus class commencement after deducting for payments due to institute, if applicable (example: loss of library books).
3. If a second year student withdraws from the programme at any time during the year, the institute will refund only the caution deposit INR 10, 000 collected at the time of admission after deducting for payments due to the institute, if applicable (example: loss of library books). Please note: If the amount owed by the student to the institute on account of damage to property, loss of library books, etc. exceeds the caution deposit of INR 10, 000 the difference will be collected from the student.
