The CEO talk series of the Firebird Institute of Research in Management witnessed yet another energizing session by a start-up Tech entrepreneur Mr. Ganapathy Subburathinam on 11th May 2023. Mr.Ganapathy is the founder and CEO of Ceiyone Tech Works Private Limited, Coimbatore. He is an accomplished technology and business executive with domestic and international experience in leading and delivering enterprise-grade software projects and solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

The speaker began by quoting the lines of a renowned poet Mahakavi Bharathiar. He then introduced himself and his journey as a tech entrepreneur. He shared his insights and perspectives on customers, financial planning, financial audit, ego states, personal integrity, delegation, service mindset in business, decision making and negotiation. He highlighted how personal happiness will lead to success.

Mr.Ganapathy advised the students to find a mentor before starting the entrepreneurial journey and being prudent in money. The talk was well received by the students and it was indeed an engaging session.
