Event Info : Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Coimbatore organized Virtual HR Conclave 2021 on 27th March 2021 on the Topic “Next-Gen Skill Set for Dynamic Workplace”.

HR Conclave started with a welcome address by Dr.Prema Sankaran, Director, Firebird Institute of Research in Management and a Presidential Address was delivered by Dr.K.Sundararaman, Managing Trustee, Dr.SVK Educational Charities and Theme Introduction was done by Mr.P.Duke Makthiyel Eliyasar, Manager-Placement, Firebird Institute and explained HR Conclave 2021 aimed to bring together the work place and workforce into the same platform. Thereafter 2 Panels of Speakers presided over the Conclave.

Mr.Charles Godwin, HR Leader & Public speaker, Zoho Corporation, Chennai, was the Moderator of the First Panel narrated the first panel discussion topic “Next-Gen Skill set for Dynamic Workforce”. Distinguished panellists included Mr.Thilak, DGM-HR, L&T Limited, Ms.Nithyanandini, Lead-Global Performance and Rewards, Mr.Joshua David, Manager-Recruitment APAC, Ms.Kavitha Karthikeyan, Sr.Manager-HR, Amphenol Omni Connect, Mr.Shivaraj. University Relations-India.

Mr.Daniel Jacob, Vice-President HR, EC Group Internation was the session moderator for the second panel on “Next-Gen Skillset for Dynamic Workplace”. Distinguished panellists included Mr.Natwar Kadel, Head-ER Planning, Hyundai Motors India Limited, Ms.Priyadharsini, Sr.Director-HR and Mr.Ramesh Aditya, Head-Strategy, Shankar IAS Academy.

Finally, concluding remarks given by Dr.Chetan Bajaj, Dean-Students Empowerment and Branding and Vote of Thanks given by Dr.S.Ramkumar, Faculty, Firebird Institute.

A Large turnout of HR Professionals, Executives, Training and Placement Officers and students were eager to listen to an illustrious panel of distinguished speakers grace the occasion. Delegates comprising of Industrial Experts, HR Professionals, Academicians, Placement professionals and students were around 100 plus attended live zoom meeting and more than 1000 participants viewed thru facebook live streaming. This is one of the Largest HR Conclave ever organized in the History of Firebird Institute.
