Our Journey into being an International business school started with defining ourselves. Who are we? What is our philosophy, shaped by our industrial experience, that makes us unique? How do we effectively communicate this culture to the aspirants who join us? Answering these questions became the foundation of our transformation.
We quickly realized that authentic learning begins with self-awareness. We believe, “In the journey of self-discovery, we but hold the mirror.” This philosophy became the foundation of our approach to education, ensuring that students begin on a learning journey beyond textbooks and classrooms.
Our first step was to move away from traditional B-school models. Over time, B-school education has become focused on theoretical knowledge, lectures, and exams without providing students with real-life skills and experiences necessary for long-term success. While these traditional methods are essential, they often fail to equip students with the practical lessons to thrive in today’s fast-moving, global business world.
Firebird Institute aims to fill the gap by offering a hands-on learning experience that encourages personal growth, practical skills, and a mindset of flexibility and resilience.
